Our customers' privacy is very important at the Cupcake Parlour. We do not share your information with any third parties.
We do keep your contact information on file (name, business, address, phone number, email) for your convenience on future orders. We also use this information to arrange small gifts for our clients around holiday periods.
We do not use your identifying information for anything else.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Damaged Goods: If your Goods arrive in less-than-wonderful condition, please take a picture and either text or email it directly to us. We genuinely want you to have the best experience with our cakes so we're happy to find a solution that works for you! As every situation is different, we will find a custom solution that suits, whether that is timely replacement of goods, refund, or store credit.
Cancellation: For orders cancelled over 3 weeks in advance, we are happy to refund these in full.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure any order, for orders cancelled between 3 days and 3 weeks away from pickup/delivery, the payment will be refunded except for this non-refundable deposit.
Within 72 hours of order pickup/delivery, there are no refunds for order cancellations, nor are there any changes possible.

Pickup and Delivery Instructions
For Pickups: 47 Vulture St, West End, QLD 4101 (By appointment only)
For Deliveries: We require a two-hour window for delivery so will arrive anywhere in the 2 hours prior to your chosen delivery time. Please make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery. For example, if you select 9am as your delivery time, please have someone available to accept delivery between 7am and 9am. If someone is not able to accept the delivery, we will have to re-book your delivery causing delays and additional costs.
