COVID-19 Update

During these challenging times as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic, we are open and able to continue serving our wonderful customers.
​
Changes and restrictions to travel, public gatherings and workplaces since the start of the pandemic have had a huge impact on many people and businesses. As a small “bake-to-order” commercial kitchen that does not have a public shopfront or restaurant, we have been able to remain open and fully service our customers without any long-term disruption.
​
Being in the food preparation business, we already have the highest operating standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our entire operations, and have also increased frequency of sterilization for surfaces that customers and delivery drivers contact when entering / exiting our premises to collect orders.
​
Our delivery partners have also implemented changes to their procedures to further protect our customers. One such change is implementing “Contactless Delivery” – meaning deliveries will no longer require a signature from the recipient. Drivers will now photograph items, note the recipient’s name and relation as proof of delivery.

We remain committed to providing high quality cupcakes and cakes to our valued customers.
