Why did you open The Cupcake Parlour?

I bought my son's girlfriend some 21st Birthday cupcakes, fell in love with the shop and 2 years later bought it!!

What did you do before The Cupcake Parlour?

I slept normal hours!!  I was a Psychologist and worked with children who had been abused.

Everyone here is creative and quirky which makes an amazing work environement!

What's your favourite cupcake to date?

Would have to be the Valentines Day rose icing cupcakes! I love them.

I love opening the door and smelling the sweet sweeeet smell of cupcakes ... yum.

My favourite cupcake defintely changes week to week - this week I LOVE the toblerone topper!

Everything is pink, bright and fun. I love the way peoples faces always light up upon walking into the shop. It makes them happy!

Strawberry Sunday is an oldie but a goodie, it will never get old for me!

That would have to be the smell when I walk inside in the morning and ofcourse the awsome family atmosphere!

Definitely the look on people's faces when they walk in the door, they realise this is 'the happy place'

Pretty sure that The Cupcake Parlour nailed it with 'Turkish Delight' - maybe just needs a gooey fudge centre inside!

Valentines day has to be the best at The Cupcake Parlour because of all the swee love that's in the air and baked into the cupcakes

My dream cupcake would definately have to be anything Coconut!

My favourite things about The Cupcake Parlour is how the store smells so yummy and the wonderful group of girls i work with :)

I'm looking forward to decorating the store at Christmas time and if i could choose any flavour cupcake in the world it would have to be Green Tea!
